DMCA Policy

TCL respects the rights of creators and owners. Our listings offer fast one-click direct downloads of APK files from our download servers. App names, logos, trademarks and images shown on the site belong to their respective owners, and TCL is not affiliated with the developers. If you believe something on tcl.tk infringes your copyright, please tell us and we will act on it.

Filing a notice

Send a notice using our DMCA Removal Request form or by email to 3×67.az@gmail.com. Under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3), a valid notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list, if several works are covered by one notice).
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it, such as the tcl.tk address (URL) of the listing or download page.
  4. Your contact information. An email address we can reach you on is enough for us; a postal address and phone number are welcome but optional.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the right allegedly infringed or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

What happens next

We aim to respond within 5 business days. If a notice is valid, we promptly remove the file from our download servers, and the listing if needed, and may tell the person who submitted it. Incomplete notices may be returned with a request for more information.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to 3×67.az@gmail.com including: your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice. We may restore the file or listing in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

If you are outside the United States, you may also send us an objection under the law that applies where you live. We will review it on its merits and reply to the email address you give.

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, TCL will remove listings and files and end access for anyone who is repeatedly the subject of valid notices.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), a person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please be sure before you file.
