How To Register
Pre-Registration for Tcl-2004 is closed.
You can register at the door when you arrive at the
Bourbon-Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA
Registration will be open daily from 08:30 until 17:00.
Registration Details

The holding period for our rooms has expired. To register for the
hotel, it's best to phone them at 504-523-2222. Make sure they
know you are with the 2004 Tcl/Tk Annual Conference. Our group
code is 10435TC.
Do not use the group code if you try to register via the web
if you use the group code, you'll be told there is no room available,
which is not the case.

The Technical Sessions are free for students,
with proof of status (a copy of your student ID and class schedule).
The free student admission does not receive free meals, CD-Rom, etc.
The Tutorial sessions are not free.

| Paper presenters receive a reduced rate of $295 for the technical sessions.

| Corporate
| Multiple registrations from the same company get a $50 discount for
the 2'd and greater memberships. Include the membership number of another
person from your company on the registration form to receive the discount.

Technical Sessions
Technical Sessions
(Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) registration includes:
- Access to all conference technical sessions
- Access to evening BOFs and community meetings
- One set of proceedings on CD
- Breakfast and morning and evening snack breaks
- A T-Shirt
Tutorial Sessions
Each tutorial is one half-day session (3 hours instruction time + one break).
Tutorials have limited space. Registration is on a first-come,
first-serve basis.
Tutorial Sessions
(Monday and Tuesday ) registration includes:
- Access to all registered tutorial sessions
- Complete course handouts
- Snack break during the tutorial
- A lunch on the tutorial day
Tutorial Pricing
The Tcl/Tk Conference Committee is offering tutorials on a
Cheaper-By-The-(half)Dozen schedule. Rather than a flat rate,
the tutorials become cheaper as you learn more.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your registration, please email
[email protected]. Registration fees for cancellations received
before Oct 7'th will be refunded after a $100 processing charge
has been deducted.
